My order showed up in the cutest packaging. Like, really neat. You could tell someone actually cared when packing it up. Just a nice little touch

I used a promo code on altardstate.com and it did actually take money off, so I can’t really complain about that part, but figuring out what it applied to was a little annoying because it wasn’t super obvious and I kept wondering why the discount looked off and then I ended up taking a couple things out of my cart before it finally made sense.
Shipping kind of took some of the excitement out of the deal too, because once that got added in it didn’t feel like I was saving as much as I thought I would, so overall it was fine and not some terrible experience, just more of a “okay I guess” checkout situation, I’d probably still shop there again if the coupon was good enough.

I usually go in expecting to find at least one thing I like, and so far it hasn’t really disappointed. The clothes are cute and trendy, with a nice mix of styles, so it’s a good spot when I’m in the mood to browse and see what catches my eye.

I ordered a couple tops and a dress from Altar’d State, and overall I’m happy with the quality. The fabrics feel really nice and everything has held up fine after washing. One shirt did shrink a little more than I expected, which was disappointing, and I also got frustrated waiting for my order to arrive. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but for the price, I kind of expected a smoother experience. Still, I do like what I got.

I still think their clothes are cute, but this experience made me lose a little trust in ordering from them again. Returns and exchanges really need to be smoother.

I ordered a dress from altardstate.com and, it pretty much looked exactly like the pictures. I’m usually skeptical because photos online can be super misleading, but this one was accurate. The color maybe looked a tiny bit different depending on the lighting, though in normal light I’d say it was basically the same. The fit and little details were shown well too. I wouldn’t say I’m shocked, but I kind of am because I’ve had enough orders show up looking nothing like the site. Overall, really happy with it.

The staff was really sweet and the fitting rooms were clean, which I appreciated. The only thing is, the prices felt a little high for me, so I didn’t end up getting as much as I maybe would’ve otherwise

I ordered a dress and a top from Altar'd State, and both were really cute (the styles are definitely my vibe). The only thing is they fit a little smaller than I expected, so I’d probably size up next time. Some of the items are definitely a little much at full price, like they know people will pay it if the style is cute enough, but the sales are usually worth browsing. The clothes felt nicer than I expected and didn’t fall apart after washing, which is more than I can say for some places. Shipping was normal, no real issues there. I’ll probably keep ordering when I catch a good deal.

I used my gift card to buy a dress and the whole checkout process was simple. The code worked on the first try, which was nice, and I didn’t run into any weird issues. Shipping took a few days, but that wasn’t a big deal, and everything arrived just fine...

I shop at Altar’d State often, and their rewards program is actually worth using. The points usually show up quickly, and I’ve been able to use rewards a few times without any problems. It’s way less confusing than some other stores’ programs, which I appreciate. My only frustration is the waiting part when I’m expecting points or a reward to be available and I keep checking for it. But overall, it’s nice getting a little something back, especially when I was already planning to buy something anyway.

Most of the sizes were in stock, so that was nice, but the one top I actually wanted wasn’t available. I had to spend more time digging around than I expected, which was kind of annoying.
